All of our items are available for sale online only, and we do our best to accurately and clearly photograph all items, and provide detailed descriptions including measurements. Please note that we try to accurately represent colors as well, but this can be challenging due to equipment limitations, so please be aware that actual item color may vary slightly in appearance depending on the viewer's environment.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within two business days, and will almost always ship on the day following purchase.

All items are inspected and wrapped carefully prior to being shipped. Please contact us if there is any issue with an item that you have received at sara@curateusefinejewelry.com.

Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. As required by law, we charge 10.1% state sales tax to all orders shipped to a Washington address.

For your security, orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.

U.S. orders will by default be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and will be insured for the full purchase price. All items valued at $500 or greater will require a signature on arrival to you. There is no charge for this default shipping method. We may also able to ship via FedEx or UPS, if this is preferable, however there will be a charge associated with this. Please contact us at sara@curateusefinejewelry.com to discuss if alternate shipping methods are possible. Expedited shipping is available, and international shipping may be available as well, via USPS Priority Mail International.

RETURN POLICY

We understand the challenge of purchasing jewelry online, and understand that sometimes, a piece has to be seen in person! Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund any full price item within 20 days of the date your order was placed. Please note that all pieces must be in the same condition that they were received in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Merchandise received past the 20-day window will not be accepted for refund or exchange. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please email sara@curateusefinejewelry.com for details on how to do so. You will be responsible for your return shipping costs and insurance. All refunds are made to the original form of payment and may require a processing time of up to 2 weeks.
