Ted Muehling 18k Large Hand Cut Long Chip Earrings, signed
Ted Muehling 18k yellow gold and hand-cut gemstone earrings, on 14k ear wires. These feature two beautiful hand-cut stones, in a lovely pale green with a slight cloudiness. I purchased these at auction and they were sold to me as serpentine, but I now believe them to be jade- See similar jade pieces including a big bead necklace on the Ted Muehling website. I'm not completely certain of the stone, but they are gorgeous! The stones are actually hand-signed on the stone (engraved) if you look very closely- it's extremely hard to see, but it's there! The tops are 18k and the wires are 14k.
Size: Each stone measures just a little over 1.5 inches in length by 7/16 inches in width, and when hanging the earrings measure 2 1/8" in total length.The total weight of the pair is 14.2 grams.
